I had some issues with connecting to WiFi. Rahul helped me with it with fast replies and fixed the problems in an instant. He also kindly helped all my other issues regarding to connectivity and I’m really grateful for his help.

Atrocious speeds and service. They told me I’m supposed to be getting something between 30-50mbps, which is already not good, but I cannot seem to get anything over 10-15mbps consistently. When I put in a service ticket, they seemed to want to fix the problem and check in with me, but after a couple days they lost all interest in fixing anything. They would just tell me “okay we reset it, it should be good now.” They never once checked the speeds themselves, or sent any service technician out. I thought maybe if I upgraded my service, it would be better, since I need a decent speed for work. But I asked multiple times if they had any options for upgrading, and they never responded to me. I’m literally asking them to take my money but they do not care, they would rather ignore the customer and provide lousy services. If you have the option at all, I would stay away from this company. PS- Ignore the “peak” speed in my photo. That must have been the speed for maybe the first millisecond of the download.

DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS!! They are so bad they don't even deserve 1 star. Over 15 months, I spent hours on the phone with the Synergy support team with no solution. My wired internet connection was disconnecting every 5 or so minutes making TV unwatchable. After speaking with over 10+ synergy workers and having them try various solutions over the phone, they flat out REFUSED to send a tech out to fix this problem in person. My apartment company even stated that this problem was unique to my unit. They found a work around for me to which Synergy decided that is problem solved, even though nothing had changed. I still have the same disconnection issue I started with. I told them over the phone that I will not be spending anymore of my hard earned time arguing with them over the phone with no avail, but the problem still exists and the next tenant will inherit it. They have closed tickets I opened multiple times on me because they provided a potential fix over the phone that did nothing. I have fought and fought and fought with them and quite frankly I'm so over it. I would've switched companies if their internet wasn't included in my rent price.
